REGION
In the heart of the vineyards of Castiglione Falletto one finds the roots of the Monchiero vineyard estate's passion. Here, in the "zone of Barolo", in the regions La Morra, Alba (Ms Scaparoni), Roddi, Verduno and Treiso, 40,000 bottles are produced from 12 hectares using the best refinement techniques, an optimum combination to achieve a significant result.

CASTIGLIONE FALLETTO is the beating heart! The six hectares around the Monchiero vineyard estate are where the highest professionalism and precision are exercised in working the soil, something which is absolutely essential for the true "gold" of the Langa in the form of the cru (Italian: "sottozone" or "menzione") Le Rocche, a high quality wine greatly appreciated at wine tastings and award ceremonies. The soil, rich in yellow-reddish sand alternating with grey marl from the Helvetian-Tortonic age, offers a real wealth of minerals which were left millions of years ago by cold waters and marine deposits.

LA MORRA: On the sun-drenched slope of Ciocchini there grows the vineyard estate's other cru, Roere, a Barolo with personality and aroma, with similar soil characteristics to those found in Castiglione Falletto, ideal for wines with a lot of body and character.

ALBA: In Scaparoni the vines have been developing since the year 2000 from whose grapes Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, and the white wines Langhe Arneis und Piemonte Moscato are produced, four aces which round off the range of fine tasting wines with texture.

RODDI and VERDUNO: In Roddi, Nebbiolo d'Alba is produced, a wine with a fine fragrance and harmonious taste, while in Verduno the grapes for Barolo grow.

TREISO: A glance into the future called Barbaresco, a noble wine, similar to Barolo, another "gold" worth preserving.
